高职会计专业“3+2”分段贯通培养模式研究

摘要 "3+2"分段贯通培养模式有利于中高职院校对人才培养进行系统性的教学规划,有利于建立相应的制度保障,打破了职业院校的教育壁垒。但这其中也存在一些问题:过于形式化,课程设置存在盲目性,学生学习的主动性不高,师资力量相对薄弱,课程设置不科学。提出了完善"3+2"分段贯通培养模式的有效策略:对课程设置进行重新统筹规划,丰富教学方式,建立学分评价制度,加强对教师的培训,聘请高级财会人才入校进行讲座。 The"3+2"segmented and continuous education model is conducive to the systematic teaching planning of talent training in secondary and higher vocational colleges,the establishment of corresponding system guarantees,and has broken the educational barriers of vocational schools.But there are also problems such as over-formalization,blind curriculum setting,low student initiative,and relatively weak teachers.This article proposes an effective strategy for improving the"3+2"segmented and continuous education model:re-planning the curriculum,enriching teaching methods,establishing a credit evaluation system,strengthening teacher training,and hiring senior financial and accounting talents for lectures.
