摘要 教师职业生涯分为开始阶段、发展阶段、成熟阶段、退休阶段。在开始阶段,教师对教学方法的掌握、教学资源的利用、教学经验的积累、与学生的互动和管理都知之甚少,但此阶段的教师具有激情、热情和充沛的精力,可以充分利用网络资源对教学方法、教学资源、教学经验、学生心理、学生兴趣等方面进行钻研,同时加强与优秀教师的交流学习。在发展阶段,教师经过了对其职业的专业化积累和业务素质锻炼,对于职业已有了初步的认知,必须要发现和挖掘自身的职业能力、职业特长、职业兴趣点,并依据自身特点和能力对职业生涯目标进行一些调整。在成熟阶段,教师要看到自己还能迸发出多少能量,还能贡献出多少力量,并回顾过去,总结经验教训、职业领悟和教学感触。在职业生涯结束后的退休阶段,职业生涯虽然结束但人生还在继续,作为个人,学到老、活到老,还要继续前行。 Teachers’careers mainly include the beginning,development,maturity and retirement stages.At the beginning of their careers,teachers know very little about teaching methods,teaching resources,teaching experience,interaction with students and management,but at this stage they have passion,enthusiasm and abundant energy,so they can make full use of network resources Conduct research on teaching methods,teaching resources,teaching experience,student psychology,student interests,etc.At the same time,strengthen communication and learning with excellent teachers.In the development stage,after professional accumulation and professional quality training of the teacher’s profession,teachers have a preliminary understanding of this profession,they must discover and tap their professional capabilities,professional specialties,professional interest points,and according to their own Features and abilities make some adjustments to career goals.In the mature stage,teachers should review the past,sum up experience,professional understanding and teaching feelings.In the retirement stage,although the teacher’s career is over,as an individual,the process of learning old and living old does not end,but must continue to move forward.
