应用型本科院校商务英语教师专业发展现状研究

摘要 对目前应用型本科院校商务英语教师专业发展现状进行探讨,发现了其中主要存在的几对矛盾:较强的英语语言功底和较弱的商务知识之间的矛盾,繁重的教学任务与艰辛的科研任务之间的矛盾,专业发展上的需求与实现手段不足之间的矛盾。提出了具有针对性的解决策略。可从校本培训和校外培训两方面来进行,聘请高级商务英语行业专家来对缺乏商务贸易知识的教师进行集中式培训,并让教师深入到进出口企业、外资企业进行实践学习,不断丰富自身的商务实训知识,积累更多的实践经验。 To explore the current status of professional development of business English teachers in current applicationoriented undergraduate colleges and find several major contradictions:the contradiction between strong English language skills and weak business knowledge,the teaching task and the scientific research task and the demand for professional development and the insufficient means of realization.Targeted solution strategies are proposed,which can be carried out from school-based training and off-campus training.Senior business English industry experts are hired to provide centralized training for teachers lacking business and trade knowledge,and allow teachers to go deeper into import and export enterprises for practical learning,constantly enrich their own business training knowledge,and accumulate more practical experience.
