抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白抗体对类风湿关节炎诊断的补充价值分析

Analysis of the Supplementary Value of Anti-mutant Citrullinated Vimentin Antibody in the Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis

为探究抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白抗体对类风湿关节炎诊断的补充价值,选择在本院进行治疗的类风湿关节炎患者100例作为观察组,另同期选择100例健康体检人群作为对照组,对两组受检者均进行抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白抗体检测,分析诊断结果。观察组患者RF(77.67±1.98)IU/m L、ESR(58.78±1.09)mm/h、CRP(38.77±1.02)mg/L与对照组RF(54.34±1.15)IU/m L、ESR(41.22±1.57)mm/h、CRP(21.12±1.46)mg/L相比存在差异(P<0.05)。说明,对类风湿关节炎诊断采用抗突变型瓜氨酸波形蛋白抗体,能够对疾病进行诊断,并为后期治疗提供准确依据,值得研究和推广。

In order to explore the supplementary value of anti-mutant citrullinated vimentin antibody in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis,100 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients treated in our hospital were used as the observation group,and 100 healthy people were selected as control group.Anti-mutant citrullin vimentin antibody was tested on both groups of subjects,and the diagnosis was analyzed.Observation group patients RF(77.67±1.98)IU/m L,ESR(58.78±1.09)mm/h,CRP(38.77±1.02)mg/L and control group RF(54.34±1.15)IU/m L,ESR(41.22±1.57)There is a difference between mm/h and CRP(21.12±1.46)mg/L(P<0.05).It indicates that the use of anti-mutant citrullin vimentin antibody in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis can diagnose the disease and provide an accurate basis for later treatment,which is worthy of research and promotion.
