The causes of welding deformation in automobile manufacturing are analyzed,mainly due to unreasonable process flow,unreliable tooling positioning,gaps during assembly,and irregular welding operations.Control measures for welding deformation in automobile manufacturing are proposed:the rationality of the welding design should be ensured,the welding process should be strictly controlled,and the welding deformation should be corrected.Clarify the causes of deformation and take targeted measures to improve the quality of automobile manufacturing.
