借鉴英美国家成功的分级诊疗经验完善我国分级诊疗制度建设与发展

分级诊疗制度的实施是建立具有中国特色医疗卫生制度的重要举措,其发展方向和目标是引导群众分级就医,合理配置医疗资源。通过分析国内外分级诊疗制度的发展现状及存在的问题,借鉴英美国家的分级诊疗制度及策略,提出整合医疗资源,完善我国分级诊疗制度的对策和建议。

The implementation of the graded diagnosis and treatment system is an important measure to establish a medical and health system with Chinese characteristics.Its development direction and goal are to guide the masses to seek medical treatment in a graded manner and rationally allocate medical resources.By analyzing the development status and existing problems of the graded diagnosis and treatment system at home and abroad,and referring to the graded diagnosis and treatment system and strategies in the United Kingdom and the United States,the countermeasures and suggestions for integrating medical resources and improving China’s graded diagnosis and treatment system are proposed.
