摘要
运用智能仿真技术模块化港区各影响因素,交互计算其整体实际运作情况,得出港区不同发展建设阶段LNG船舶对港区航道服务水平的影响。针对天津港大港港区LNG泊位规划建设规模问题,认为其发展中期(吞吐量达到2.31亿t)建设3个LNG泊位是合适的,远期可采取建设双航道或专用港池等措施缓解矛盾。
Using intelligent simulation technology to modularize the influencing factors of the port and interactively calculate its overall actual operation situation, the influence of LNG ship on the service level of the channel in different stage of development is obtained. In view of the planning and construction scale of LNG berths in Dagang Area of Tianjin Port, it is considered that it is appropriate to build three LNG berths in the medium term of development(with a throughput of 231 million tons).In the long term, measures such as construction of double channels or special harbor basins can be taken to ease the contradiction.
