Analysis of Traffic Volume and Site Selection Base on Amador Cruise Terminal Project in Panama

邮轮产业是新时代国际水运行业中新兴的分支,20世纪50年代以来,世界邮轮产业开始发展。近年来,在全球邮轮产业带动,邮轮新航线不断开发的刺激下,我国邮轮港口的建设与发展,呈现一片火热的上升态势。但国内建成的邮轮码头实际运营情况并不乐观。城市依托、周边景区、客源腹地、航线设置、盈利情况等因素,都会对邮轮码头的选址产生影响。本文基于巴拿马阿马多尔邮轮码头的建设,以及和周边环境的相互影响分析,探讨邮轮码头产业布局和选址的影响因素。

Cruise industry is a newly emerging market in international waterborne transportation industry. The cruise industry started to develop in the world since the 1950 s. In recent years, the construction and development of Chinese cruise ports are flourishing based on the boom of international cruise industry and the use of new cruise routes. However, the new-built cruise terminals in China are not operated very well. Such factors as the city nearby, surrounding scenic spots, customers, cruise route setting and profitability will influence the site selection of a cruise terminal. The influencing factors of the site selection and industrial layout of cruise terminal are discussed by analyzing the interaction between local environment and the construction of Amador cruise terminal project in Panama.
