摘要 三维可视化系统的构建实现了生产作业、设备、视频等数据在三维场景中实时展现,为石化库区的生产管理、资源管理、安全管理、设备管理、消防管理、经营管理的动态化、精细化等奠定坚实的基础。本系统提高了相关部门应对突发事件的处置能力。面对突发应急事件,港口管理部门与救援人员可尽快了解到事故发生地的货物种类和数量,流量和流向情况,协助救援指挥、快速协调调用相关资源完成应急处置,降低事故的危害。 The construction of the three-dimensional visualization system realizes the real-time display of production operation, equipment, video and other data in the three-dimensional scene, laying a solid foundation for the dynamic and refined production management, resource management, safety management, equipment management, fire management and operation management of the petrochemical reservoir area. The system improves the ability of relevant departments to deal with emergencies. In the face of sudden emergencies, the port management department and rescue personnel can quickly understand the type and quantity of goods, flow and flow situation in the place where the accident occurred, assist the rescue command, quickly coordinate the call of relevant resources to complete emergency response, and reduce the hazard of the accident.
