Research on the middle hinge design of automobile sliding door

滑移门是车门系统的一种重要结构形式,因其具有开启后占用空间小、乘员进出车辆便利性好等特点,所以被广泛应用在商务车上。滑移门中铰链作为滑移门系统中的重要零件,它的布置位置及结构设计将直接影响滑移门的开闭性能。文章通过对滑移门中铰链结构参数的分析与实践经验的总结,提出了滑移门中铰链的确定方法,从而便于滑移门中铰链的设计开发。

Sliding door is an important structural form of door system, which is widely used in commercial vehicles because of its small space occupied after opening and good convenience for passengers to enter and exit vehicles. The middle hinge as an important part of the sliding door system, the layout and structural design of the middle hinge will directly affect the opening and closing performance of the sliding door. Based on the analysis of the structural parameters of the middle hinge in the sliding door and the summary of practical experience, this paper puts forward the determination method of the middle hinge in the sliding door, so as to facilitate the design and development of the middle hinge in the sliding door.
