摘要
关门耳压感是影响人对车辆主观感受的重要NVH性能之一,其评价目标及分析方法在车辆开发早期至关重要。通过主观感受与试验测量的对比分析,将乘员舱压力峰值作为耳压设计的目标参数。建立两腔计算模型,应用数值计算方法分析计算,结果显示,压力曲线与试验基本吻合。基于峰值压力目标的两腔模型计算,模型简单,计算速度快且主客观结果一致性高,可应用于车辆早期开发阶段。
The performance of ear pressure is one of important subjective experience of vehicle NVH. Its evaluation and analysis method are important in the early stage of vehicle development. Through the comparative analysis of subjective experience and experimental measurement, the cabin peak pressure is taken as the target parameter of ear pressure design. The two-cavity model is established, and coded with numerical calculation. The results show that the pressure curve is in good agreement with the experiment. The advantage of two-cavity calculation is simple, efficient and consistency with subjective experiment. The method can be applied in early stage of vehicle development.
