摘要
抑尘车将雾化后的水雾喷送到空气中,对PM10具有良好的清除、抑制作用。产品同时具有机动灵活、使用方便的特点,近两年得到快速推广。文章简述了其结构及工作原理,并对其抑尘机理进行了分析,通过实验进行了不同粒径的水雾对PM10的抑降效果的研究,明确了50μm^200μm范围内的雾滴抑制沉降效果较好,可有效降低空气中PM10含量。
The mist cannon truck can spray the water be atomized into the air and PM10 has been cleaned and inhibited well. At the same time the product has the characteristics of flexible mobility, easy to use and has been promoted rapidly in the last two years. In this paper, its structure and working principle are described briefly, and its dust suppression mechanism is analyzed. Through experiments, the suppression effect of water mist with different particle sizes is studied on PM10. It is clear that the fog drops within the range of 50μm^200μm have a good inhibition effect, which can effectively reduce the content of PM10 in the air.
