摘要 微量润滑(MQL)是指压缩气体微量的润滑试剂混合,试剂汽化后形成液滴高压雾状试剂,通过高压喷射到切削区域,对切削区域进行有效的润滑和冷却。微量润滑可以大大减少"刀尖与加工区"和"刀尖与高热切削"之间的摩擦,防止切削区温度过热,降低刀片磨损、粘结,提升产品质量,减少试剂使用量;即减少对环境的污染,又降低加工成本。近年来微量润滑使用不断扩大,文章结合实际生产,浅谈钻削微量润滑技术的应用。 Minimal Quantity Lubrication(MQL) refers to the mixing of lubricating agengs with small amount of compressed gas. Formation of droplets of high-pressure foggy reagents after vaporization. High pressure injection to cutting area. Effective lubrication and cooling of the cutting area can greatly reduce the friction between" tip and machining area" and "tip and high heat cutting". Prevent the cutting zone from overheating Reduce blade wear, adhesion, improve product quality, reduce the use of reagents, that is, reduce environmental pollution. And reduce the processing coast. In recent years, the use of micro lubrication has been expanding. This paper combines with the actual production. On the application of micro lubrication technology in drilling.
