Common Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance of Special Vehicle Hydraulic System

液压系统故障有着隐蔽性与偶然性特点,容易被随机性因素影响,且车液压系统绝壁驱动、转向和升降等功能,系统结构较为复杂,这大幅度增加了维护与检修工作量。要想让故障被有效排除,应该提前做好故障预防措施,保证车辆液压系统的正常运行。文章将简述特种车辆液压系统常见故障诊断方法,并提出了相应维修措施。

The faults of hydraulic system have the characteristics of concealment and contingency, which are easily affected by random factors. Moreover, the functions of the hydraulic system, such as wall drive, steering, lifting and so on, make the system structure more complex, which greatly increases the workload of maintenance and repair. In order to eliminate the faults effectively, the preventive measures should be taken in advance to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle hydraulic system. In this paper, the common fault diagnosis methods of special vehicle hydraulic system are briefly introduced, and the corresponding maintenance measures are put forward.
