共享汽车企业的发展与城市发展息息相关,只有适应于当地城市发展的共享汽车运营模式才能使企业在市场竞争中脱颖而出。对城市的交通、停车场、居民、企业等综合因素进行调研分析,了解当地共享汽车企业运营管理模式,对比企业的运营策略与城市现状的契合程度,为进一步分析优化共享汽车停放网点提供了重要的数据基础。

The growth of Car-sharing company is closely linked with the urban development.Without the car-sharing opera-tion mode which adapted to the local city’s current development status,the company couldn’t reveal itself among the competition of the market.This paper made investigation on the comprehensive factors of urban traffic,packing lot,residents,enterprises,etc.We investigate the operation management mode of the local Car-sharing company,and compared the conformity between the operation strategy of the enterprise and the current situation of the city.The investigation and analysis provided important data for further research of Car-sharing parking network optimization model.
