熟料游离氧化钙偏高的原因及解决方法

摘要 从设备可靠性、配料调整、物料均化、辅助原燃材料等方面对熟料游离氧化钙偏高的问题进行了分析。通过采取加强化验室配料人员与生产操作人员的沟通、提高设备运转率、灵活调整取样时间、保证辅助原燃料的供料、增加熟料分析次数、稳定石灰石仓料位等措施,熟料游离氧化钙的波动幅度可稳定控制在0.5%~1.3%之间。 From the aspects of equipment reliability,batch adjustment,material homogenization,auxiliary primary combustion materials,etc.,the problem of high free-CaO in clinker was analyzed.By taking measures such as strengthening the communication between laboratory batching personnel and production operators,improving equipment operation rate,flexibly adjusting sampling time,ensuring auxiliary raw fuel supply,increasing clinker analysis times,stabilizing limestone silo level,etc.,the fluctuation range of clinker free-CaO can be stably controlled between 0.5%and 1.3%.
