摘要
采用德尔菲法从管理影响、管理职能、管理措施3个方面筛选出12项指标,构建了水环境管理能力绩效评估指标体系,并将评估指标进一步细化,以确保调查数据的真实性和可获取性。
From management impact,management function and management measures,a performance evaluation index system for water environment management capability was constructed by Delphi method.In order to ensure the authenticity and accessibility of the evaluation data,the evaluation indicators have been refined.
