高掺量低值固废制备场坪硬化材料研究 被引量:1

摘要 拆房垃圾、钢渣和烧结脱硫灰是处置利用难度较高的低值固废。充分利用这类固废原料,通过原材料检测、正交试验、工程示范应用、现场检测,研发一种用于厂矿、堆场、建筑工地、道路基层的场坪硬化混凝土材料。该混凝土材料以GS硬化剂、烧结脱硫灰等为胶凝材料,以拆房垃圾再生骨料、钢渣为集料,固废总掺量达85%~90%,混凝土强度等级达C20,采用摊铺、碾压的工艺施工,可取代低强度混凝土。 House demolition garbage,steel slag and sintered desulfurization ash are low value solid waste which are difficult to dispose and utilize.This paper makes full use of this kind of solid waste material,through raw material testing,orthogonal test,engineering demonstration application and field testing,develops a kind of hardened concrete material for factories,mines,yards,construction sites and road base.The concrete material takes GS hardener,sintered desulfurization ash as cementitious materials,recycled aggregate of house demolition garbage and steel slag as aggregates,the total amount of solid waste is up to 85%~90%,and the strength grade of concrete is up to C20.The paving and rolling technology construction can replace low strength concrete.
