单组分丙烯酸防水涂料的制备及性能研究

Study on preparation and properties of one-component acrylic waterproof coating

采用丙烯酸乳液制备单组分防水涂料,讨论了乳液种类、乳液用量、配方、生产工艺等对防水涂料性能的影响,确定了较优的配方及生产工艺。结果表明,添加自产乳液50%、重钙41%,消泡剂B199为0.4%,消泡剂CF439为0.3%,制备的单组分防水涂料拉伸强度1.5 MPa,断裂延伸率340%,符合JC/T 864-2005中Ⅰ型产品的要求。

The preparation of one-component waterproof coating by acrylic emulsion was studied in this paper.The effects of emulsion type,emulsion addition amount,formula production process,on properties of the waterproof coating were discussed,the optimum formula composition and production technology were determined.The results showed that the breaking elongation of the coating was 340%and the bond strength was 1.5 MPa,when 50%emulsion,41%bicalcium,0.4%B199,0.3%CF439 were added and the product met the requirements of I type product as specified in standard JC/T 864-2005.
