抗泥降黏型聚羧酸减水剂的制备与性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 通过在自由基反应过程中引入少量含有烯烃官能团的封端酰胺磷酸酯和二元酯,制备了抗泥降黏型聚羧酸减水剂KJ。测试了该减水剂对不同含泥量细集料混凝土工作性能的影响,以评价其对含泥量的敏感性;同时通过采用倒置坍落度筒排空时间和V型漏斗、L型箱流动时间测试,对其降黏性能进行了评价。结果表明,所合成的聚羧酸减水剂KJ具良好的抗泥、降黏效果。 An anti-mud and viscosity reduction polycarboxylate superplasticizer KJ is prepared by introducing a small amount of 2-Capped1-Phoshate Easter containing olefin functional group and dibasic ester through free radical reaction.The test compares the work performance of concrete mixed with sand with different mud content to evaluate the sensitivity of the sample to mud content.At the same time,the ability of reducing concrete viscosity was evaluated by collapsed down of slump cone vibration empty time,V-typed hopper test and L-typed box test.The results show that the designed polycarboxylate superplasticizer has better effect on anti-mud and viscosity reduction.
