SG-1型土壤固化剂稳定碎石土与水泥稳定碎石土的力学性能与路用性能对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对近年来优质石材短缺,而路基土可就地取材的情况,采用SG-1型土壤固化剂固化路基土,使之形成稳定碎石土,与水泥稳定碎石土做对比,进行力学试验和路用性能方面的试验研究。结果表明:将SG-1型土壤固化剂稳定碎石土直接作为道路基层材料,其力学性能和路用性能与水泥稳定碎石土基本相似,且在某些方面甚至优于后者,同时造价低廉,能够降低山石开采,维护生态稳定。 In view of the shortage of high-quality stone in recent years,subgrade soil can be adapted to local conditions.The SG-1 soil stabilizer was used to solidify the subgrade soil,which then became stabilized gravelly soil.The mechanical properties and road performance of the SG-1 stabilized gravelly soil were tested and compared with those of cement stabilized gravelly soil.The results show that when the SG-1 stabilized gravelly soil is directly used in subgrade,its mechanical properties and road performance are basically like those of cement stabilized gravelly soil,and even better in some aspects.Beside the low cost,it also has advantages of reducing mining for mountain rocks and maintaining ecological stability.
