摘要
为了研究在不同工况下回收过滤器导流板、气流导向板等内部结构对细砂回收率的影响,基于建立的回收过滤器流动数学模型,采用流体仿真软件对回收过滤器模型进行模拟分析。结果表明:回收过滤器在工况4下的回收率最高;气流导向板E由水平逆时针朝下调整45°的过程中,颗粒回收率显著增加;气流导向板D由竖直逆时针调整朝上45°的过程中,颗粒回收率稍微增加;若导流板伸入量增加,则颗粒回收率稍微增加。
In order to study the effect of internal structures of the recovery filter such as deflector,airflow guide plate and the like on the recovery rate of fine sand under different working conditions,based on the established mathematical model of the flowing in recovery filter,the fluid simulation software was applied to simulate and analyze the recovery filter model.The results show that the filter has the highest recovery rate under working condition 4;in the process of adjusting the airflow guide plate E by 45°counterclockwise from horizontal direction,the particle recovery rate increases significantly;in the process of adjusting the airflow guide plate D by 45°counterclockwise from vertical direction,the particle recovery rate increases slightly;if the amount of deflector penetration increases,the particle recovery rate also increases slightly.
