某大断面隧道穿越F1断层坍塌处治技术

摘要 为解决大断面黄土片麻岩隧道穿越断层带坍塌后围岩破碎、无法自稳、处治困难等一系列问题,确保安全快速通过坍塌段,以厥湾隧道坍塌处治工程实例为依托,在隧道坍塌原因分析的基础上,对如何有效处治隧道断层带坍塌进行详细论述与总结,并给出了隧道坍塌段掘进施工的关键技术措施。工程实践证明,隧道处治效果良好,三台阶七步开挖法在穿越断层带施工合理可行,为类似隧道工程施工提供了借鉴。 In order to solve a series of problems such as the fragmentation of surrounding rock after the collapse of the large-section loess gneiss tunnel through fault zone,the inability to self-stabilize,and the difficulty of treatment,and to pass the collapse section safely,a detailed discussion on how to effectively treat the collapse of tunnel in fault zone was conducted based on the project of the Juewan tunnel collapse treatment and the analysis of the causes of tunnel collapse.Key technical measures for tunneling in collapse section were proposed.The engineering practice shows that the treatment effect of this tunnel is good,and the three-bench seven-step excavation method is feasible in fault zones,which provides a reference for the construction of similar tunnel projects.
