未筛分碎石垫层关键工艺设计及质量控制

摘要 未筛分碎石垫层由于材料要求和工艺标准相对比较简单而使其质量不易控制,为了探讨在施工过程中其关键工艺的设计与质量标准的控制,以二满线未筛分碎石垫层的施工为例,通过分析当地的材料特性、机械设备及工艺特点,分别对材料配合比设计、施工方案、设备设计以及工后质量检测与评价进行了研究。研究结果表明,提出的未筛分碎石垫层工艺控制措施和质量控制标准切实可行,有效控制和提高了未筛分碎石垫层的质量,保证了其路用性能。 The quality of unscreened gravel cushion is difficult to control due to its relatively simple material requirements and process standards.In order to discuss the design of key technologies and the control of quality standards during the construction process,taking the construction of the unscreened gravel cushion of the Erman Highway as an example,the mix design,construction plan,equipment combination and post-work quality inspection and evaluation were studied by analyzing the characteristics of local materials,construction equipment and technologies.The results show that the proposed process control measures and quality control standards for unscreened gravel cushion are practical and feasible,which effectively improve the quality and ensure the performance of unscreened gravel cushion.
