社会支持对孤独症谱系障碍群体生活质量的影响

The influence of social support on the quality of life of autism groups

在党的十九大报告中,习近平总书记提出了建设健康中国的战略方针,强调要完善国民健康政策,为人民群众提供全方位全周期的健康服务,要坚持以预防为主,倡导健康文明的生活方式[1]。近年来,孤独症谱系障碍人群的数量逐年增长,孤独症谱系障碍患者的家庭承受着越来越大的挑战。在多数孤独症谱系障碍患者的家庭中,除承受着十分沉重的经济压力外,精神上的压力则更为巨大。为此,笔者立足于"健康中国"建设的总体要求,以孤独症谱系障碍群体的整体生活质量为出发点,提出孤独症谱系障碍患者及其家庭的精神压力能够通过干预进行缓解,孤独症谱系障碍患者是能够被教导的,认为社会各方对孤独症谱系障碍群体的人文关怀必不可少,并从建立社会支持体系的视角提出发展策略。

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategic policy of building a healthy China,in which he emphasized the need of improving the national health policy,providing all-round and full-cycle health services for citizens,adhering to prevention-oriented and advocating a healthy and civilized lifestyle. In recent years,the number of people with autism spectrum disorders has increased year by year,and families with autism spectrum disorders are facing more and more challenges. In most families with autism spectrum disorders,mental pressure is even greater besides heavy financial pressure. In order to fulfill the requirements of building"healthy China"and improving the life quality of autism spectrum disorder group,we propose establishing a social support system alleviating the mental stress of the autism spectrum disorder patients and their families through intervention. With certain training strategy and humanistic care from the whole society,we believe that autism spectrum disorder patients are educatable and their lives can be more positive.
