基于地理加权回归的东北地区降水量空间栅格化研究

摘要 基于东北地区254个气象站点多年降水量数据,以经纬度和DEM为解释变量,运用地理加权回归模型对区域降水量进行栅格化。结果表明,区域降水量空间分布范围介于138-1094mm,空间差异大,在经线方向由南向北减少,在纬线方向自西向东增加,降水量分布呈现强烈空间自相关性。地理加权回归模型能够较好拟合区域降水量分布与环境变量之间的关系,模型R2达0.95, MAE为25.46mm, RMSE仅为5.62mm,表明该方法对降水资料空间栅格化具有一定应用性。
