摘要
控水工艺设计是解决渤海油田由高含水问题导致的低产低效井控水高效开发的关键,但目前对于不同控水工具的适用性缺乏认识。通过对渤海油田常用的ICD、AICD和中心管控水工艺开展水平控水工艺适用性分析,研究了不同类型ICD、AICD和中心管控水工具的控水特性和适用范围;综合考虑水平段渗透率、含水饱和度、避水高度差异等因素,建立了控水分段综合优化方法,并与不同控水工具适用条件相结合,形成了水平裸眼井控水工艺技术。应用效果表明,水平裸眼井控水工艺技术可显著降低产液含水率,控水效果明显,可为控水工艺的优化设计提供参考。
The design on the water control technology is critical for highly-efficient development of low-production and low-efficiency wells caused by high water cut in the Bohai oilfield.However,the understanding on the applicability of different water control tools is absent.According to the analysis on the applicability on common water control technologies(for example,ICD,AICD and central pipe water control)in the Bohai oilfield,their water control characteristics and applicability extents of different types are studied;comprehensive segmented optimization methods of water control are established by comprehensive consideration on many factors,like the permeability of horizontal intervals,water saturation and water avoidance height difference;the water control technology in horizontal openbore wells are formed in combination with applicability conditions of different water control tools.The application results indicate that this technology could reduce the water cut of produced fluids largely and has significant water control effects.It could provide the reference for the design optimization on water control technologies.
