抗战时期中共领导乡村文化建设的实践与启示

中国共产党领导的抗日战争是政治、经济、军事、文化等领域的全面战争。党在加强与日寇的政治、经济、军事斗争的同时,亦充分强调文化斗争的意义与作用,并于根据地开展广泛的乡村文化建设运动。党领导的乡村文化建设实践在激发人民抗日热情、促进群众思想觉醒、推动抗战文化传播、强化根据地文教建设、巩固抗日民族统一战线和推进根据地政治经济发展等方面发挥了重要作用。这一实效来自其乡村文化建设的战略认知,秉持乡村文化建设以马克思主义为指导并创立适合国情的民主、科学、大众的文化,以人民群众为主体并注重文化传播的多样性和灵活性,继承优秀传统文化并结合时代特点对之改造以符合抗战需要的理念。

The War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression led by the Communist Party of China is an all-out war in the political,economic,military,and cultural fields.While strengthening the political,economic,and military struggles with the Japanese invaders,the party also fully emphasized the significance and role of cultural struggles and carried out extensive rural cultural construction campaigns in the base areas.The practice of rural cultural construction led by the Party has played an important role in stimulating the people's enthusiasm for resisting Japan,promoting the awakening of the masses,promoting the spread of the anti-Japanese war culture,strengthening the construction of cultural and educational circles in accordance with the localities,consolidating the anti-Japanese national united front,and promoting the political and economic development of the base areas.This effect comes from the strategic cognition of its rural cultural construction and it adheres to the concept of creating a democratic,scientific and popular rural culture which is guided by Marxism and suitable for the national conditions,the concept of taking the people as the main body and focusing on the diversity and flexibility of cultural communication,and the concept of inheriting the excellent traditional culture and transforming it with the characteristics of the times to meet the needs of the war.
