摘要
目的探讨UVB(ultraviolet B)暴露对子代大鼠血清白细胞介素1(IL-1)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)水平及溶菌酶含量的影响。方法选取健康刚出生(子代)大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组10只。称取体质量并记录,在310 nm波长紫外灯下,每天对实验组子代大鼠进行2 h的暴露,持续暴露8周(到性成熟期),每周一称取体质量并记录;8周后解剖各组大鼠,对子代大鼠血清中IL-1,IL-2水平及溶菌酶的含量进行测定。结果经UVB暴露后,试验组子代大鼠体质量增长量及血清中的溶菌酶含量与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);试验组子代大鼠血清中的IL-1,IL-2水平与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),试验组子代大鼠与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论UVB暴露可降低子代大鼠血清中的IL-1,IL-2水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of UVB exposure on the serum levels of IL-1,IL-2 and lysozyme in offspring rats.Methods Twenty healthy newborn(offspring)rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 10 rats in each group.The body weigh was weighted and recorded.Under the 310 nm ultraviolet light,the offspring rats of the experimental group were exposed for 2 h every day for 8 weeks(until to the sexual maturity period).The body weigh was weighted and recorded once a week.After 8 weeks,the rats of each group were dissected and the levels of IL-1,IL-2 and lysozyme in the serum of the offspring rats were measured.Results After UVB exposure,there was no significant difference in the growth of body weight and lysozyme content between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the levels of IL-1 and IL-2 between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion UVB exposure can reduce the serum levels of IL-1 and IL-2 in offspring rats.
