耳穴揿针治疗偏头痛临床疗效观察

目的观察耳穴揿针治疗方案对偏头痛患者症状缓解程度的影响。方法选取四川大学华西医院神经内科头痛专科门诊偏头痛患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组取耳穴为双侧神门、交感、皮质下等,采用揿针治疗;对照组采用相同耳穴进行假揿针治疗。统计两组患者治疗前及治疗第4周、第8周视觉模拟(VAS)评分。结果治疗组患者在治疗第4周与第8周的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴揿针治疗对改善偏头痛患者疼痛症状有效,且无不良反应。揿针疗效的有效持续时间多在治疗期及治疗结束后1~2个月。

Objective To observe the effect of auricular point pressing therapy on symptoms relief of migraine patients.Methods Totally 80 patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group.The auricular points in the treatment group bilateral Shenmen,sympathetic,subcortical,etc.were selected,and the patients were treated by pressing acupuncture.The same auricular points in the control group were selected,and the patients were treated by false pressing acupuncture.The visual analogue scores(VAS)of the two groups before treatment and in the 4 and 8 weeks after treatment were counted.Results 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing therapy is effective in improving pain symptoms of migraine patients,and has no adverse reactions.The effective duration of the therapeutic effect of pressing acupuncture is mostly in the treatment period and 1-2 months after the treatment.
