我院近效期药品管理方法探讨

目的探讨如何安全有效地管理医院的近效期药品。方法整理2017年1月至2018年12月医院药剂科各部门《药品效期检查表》,回顾药品存储中出现的效期问题及处理办法。结果所有近效期药品在过期前均得到了妥善处理。结论药品效期管理干预能有效保障患者的用药安全,降低医院因药品过期产生的经济损失。

Objective To investigate how to manage the near effective drugs in hospital safely and effectively.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,all departments of the pharmacy department of the hospital"Drug Validity Checklist"were sorted out,and the validity problems and treatment methods in drug storage were reviewed.Results All the drugs in the near period of validity were properly treated before expiration.Conclusion The effective period management intervention can effectively guarantee the safety of drug use and reduce the economic loss of the hospital due to drug expiration.
