多排螺旋CT与MR诊断胰腺癌的价值比较

摘要 目的比较多排螺旋CT与MR在诊断胰腺癌中的应用价值。方法选取医院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的胰腺癌患者72例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各36例。观察组患者以MR扫描,对照组患者以多排螺旋CT扫描。结果观察组患者的延迟、动脉及静脉期显示值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的敏感性为80.56%,特异性为72.22%,准确性为91.67%,分别与对照组的83.33%,75.00%和88.89%相近(P>0.05)。结论采用多排螺旋CT与MR诊断胰腺癌均有较高的应用价值,良好的敏感度、特异性及准确性。不同时期的MR较多排螺旋CT的诊断价值更优。
