Research on Wushu Acupoint(GB27)

五枢穴为足少阳胆经与带脉的交会穴,在古籍记载中常用于治疗带下、月经病、阴疝、膀胱气攻两胁等病症,其临床应用主要与其归经、部位、经络的功能、表里经配穴相关,但在现代临床治疗、研究中的应用很少。总结古医籍中关于五枢穴的文献,对临床具有一定的指导意义。

Wushu acupoint(GB27) is the intersection acupoint of Gallbladder Meridian of Foot-Shaoyang and the Dai Meridian. As recorded in ancient books, it was often used in treatment of morbid leukorrhea, menstruation disorders, perineal hernia, bladder qi threating both rib-sides and other diseases;its clinical application was mainly related to its meridian tropism, location, functions of meridians and acupoint matching of exterior and interior meridians. However, the application in modern clinical treatment and research were few. This article summarized literature on Wushu acupoint(GB27) in ancient medical books and was of certain guidance significance in clinic.
