摘要
介绍了发烟硫酸装车系统酸雾处理改造工艺。分析了发烟硫酸装车系统存在的主要问题,包括输酸管线过长易堵塞、装车时三氧化硫气体外逸形成酸雾、负压系统负压低等,提出了增加酸雾处理装置,实现对酸雾良好吸收的改造措施。改造后,外排酸雾质量浓度小于30 mg/m^3,治理环境的同时,也提高了经济效益。
The acid mist treatment and transformation process of oleum loading system is introduced.The main problems in the loading system of oleum are analyzed,including the long and easy blockage of the acid transmission pipeline,the formation of acid mist due to the escape of sulphur trioxide gas during loading,the low negative pressure of the negative pressure system.It is proposed to add acid mist treatment device to achieve good absorption of acid mist.After the transformation,the quality concentration of the discharged acid mist is less than 30 mg/m^3,which achieves the environmental control and improves the economic benefits.
