摘要
目的获取胰腺癌组织,检测并探究PLCε1和B淋巴细胞瘤-2(Bcl-2)在其中的表达及与胰腺癌临床资料的关系。方法收集中南大学湘雅医院胰腺癌患者(2013年1月至2016年12月确诊)病理石蜡标本69份。另取11个正常的胰腺组织作为对照。应用免疫组织化学的方法,检测所得标本组织中PLCε1和Bcl-2的染色情况。所得数据按临床资料进行分组并分析其相关意义。结果PLCε1和Bcl-2在胰腺癌组织中表达高于正常组织(P<0.05)。肿瘤组中PLCε1和Bcl-2的阳性表达强度在肿瘤大小组之间(P<0.05)和淋巴结转移组之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。PLCε1与Bcl-2的表达强度呈正相关(相关系数r=0.639,P<0.05)。结论PLCε1可能与胰腺癌的发生、发展有关;PLCε1和Bcl-2可能在某些信号通路中扮演重要角色,对胰腺癌内信号通路的调节发挥一定的作用。
【Objective】To study the expression of PLCε1 and Bcl-2 in pancreatic cancer and their relationship with clinical characteristics of patients.【Methods】Sixty-nine pancreatic cancer patients from Xiangya Hospital(between January 2013 and December 2016)were collected,69 tumor tissues and 11 normal pancreas tissues were enrolled into the study.Expression of PLCε1 and Bcl-2 were tested by immunohistochemistry.Relationship between their expression and clinical pathological characteristics was investigated.【Results】The expression of PLCε1 and Bcl-2 in tumor tissues and normal pancreas tissues were significantly different(P<0.05).The expressive degree of PLCε1 and Bcl-2 in tumor tissues were significantly different in tumor size group and metastasis group(P<0.05).The expression of PLCε1 and Bcl-2 in tumor tissues were positively correlated(r=0.639,P<0.05).【Conclusion】PLCε1 may be related to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer,PLCε1 and Bcl-2 may be involved in the regulation of pancreatic cancer signaling pathways together.
