Safety Management Research of Power System Automation Technology

在电力系统自动化技术应用的过程中,安全管理技术能够对自动化技术应用的效果进行充分的保障。本研究通过对电力系统自动化技术进行阐述,对其在安全管理方面存在的问题进行探讨,并结合分析的问题,进行相应策略的提出。本研究认为,电力系统自动化技术在安全管理中主要存在技术设计不合理、设备存在缺陷、安全管理人员素质不高以及缺乏完善的安全管理制度五个问题。在策略分析部分,本研究认为应当从合理设计电力系统自动化技术、提高电力系统自动化技术维护水平、提高技术人员专业素养以及建立完善的安全控制规章制度四个方面入手。

During application process of power system automation technology,security management technology can fully guarantee effect of automation technology application.The study elaborates power system automation technology,discusses existing problems in security management,and puts forward corresponding strategies based on problems analysis.The study points out,there are five problems in safety management of power system automation technology,including unreasonable technical design,equipment defects,low quality of safety management personnel and lacking perfect safety management system.For strategy analysis,the study believes,it is necessary to start from four aspects:reasonable design of power system automation technology,maintenance level improvement of power system automation technology,professional quality improvement of technical personnel and establishment of perfect safety control rules and regulations.
