一种辊印引发的镀锌工作辊剥落分析

摘要 某冷轧厂镀锌平整工作辊发生了在线剥落事故。一般来说,镀锌平整机轧制力较小,轧制变形小,工况环境较常规冷轧好很多,很少发生剥落。本文通过对剥落面的形貌分析,采用超声波探伤定位方式,找到了剥落发生的源头区域,发现导致工作辊发生剥落的源头来自一种宏观形貌观察形似“辊印”的缺陷,通过对缺陷“辊印”的金相观察,与常见的轧辊辊印缺陷形貌比对发现了此类“辊印”缺陷的特殊性,并结合镀锌工作辊轧制工况的特点提出了降低此类剥落风险的具体措施,对冷轧镀锌平整机工作辊的失效分析和使用维护具有重要的指导意义。 The work roll of galvanizing leveler in a cold rolling mill had on-line spalling accident.Generally speaking,the rolling force of the galvanizing leveler is small,the rolling deformation is small,the working environment is much better than that of the conventional cold rolling,and there is little peeling.In this paper,through the analysis of the morphology of the peeling surface and the positioning method of ultrasonic flaw detection,the source area of the peeling is found.It is found that the source of the peeling of the work roll comes from a kind of defect similar to the“roll mark”in the macroscopic morphology observation.Through the metallographic observation of the defect“roll mark”,the special defects of this kind of“roll mark”are found by comparing with the common defect morphology of the roll mark The specific measures to reduce the risk of spalling are put forward according to the characteristics of the working condition of the galvanizing work roll,which is of great significance to the failure analysis and maintenance of the work roll of the cold rolling galvanizing leveling machine.freshness-keeping packaging could effectively reduce the risk of macula cigarette after opening,achieving risk control.
