摘要
本文通过Romax建立变速器传动系统动力学模型,对其进行仿真分析得出轴承动态力;对有限元壳体模型进行模态分析,得知箱体的模态频率与振型;以仿真的轴承动态力作为边界条件,对变速箱壳体进行振动响应分析;通过对模态参与因子的分析,确定某一阶模态的贡献值,并且在贡献较大的模态进行加筋处理,分析结果表明:变速箱壳体在优化后,壳体的振动有所下降。
In this paper,the dynamic model of transmission system is established by Romax,and the dynamic force of bearing is obtained by simulation analysis.The modal analysis of the finite element shell model shows the modal frequency and mode of the box.The vibration response of gearbox housing is analyzed with the simulated dynamic bearing force as the boundary condition.Through the analysis of mode participation factor,the contribution value of a certain mode is determined,and the stiffening treatment is carried out in the mode with large contribution.
