十九大报告提出:要"坚定走生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路,建设美丽中国"。作为"文明发展道路"典型实践和美丽中国建设的预演,美丽乡村建设发生了由以外在美为重点转变为以内在美为重点,从"一美",即"环境美"向"环境美、产业美、生活美、人文美"等"四美"的转型,它预示着美丽中国建设也必将发生由不全面到全面的转型。"文明发展道路"是美丽中国建设内在转型的理论逻辑;"一美"到"四美"是美丽中国建设内在转型的生成逻辑。大力建设美丽文化,培养千百万美丽新人;坚持新发展理念,大力发展美丽经济;广泛深入地开展美丽乡村和美丽城镇建设等战略举措是美丽中国建设内在转型的实践逻辑。

The Report of the 19th National Congress of CPC puts forward that we should"firmly follow the road of civilized development with a higher level of production,a better life and a good ecological environment,and build a beautiful China".As a typical practice of the"civilized development road"and a prelude to beautiful China construction,the beautiful rural construction focus has shifted from the external beauty to the internal beauty,from"one beauty(environmental beauty)"to"four beauties",namely,"environmental beauty,industrial beauty,life beauty,humanity beauty".This indicates that beautiful China construction will also undergo an"incomplete to comprehensive"transformation.If a"civilized development road"is the theoretical logic of the internal transformation of beautiful China construction,and"one-to-four beauty transformation"will be its generation logic.It calls for a vigorous construction of a cultural beauty and training of millions of beautiful new individuals.We must adhere to the concepts of a new development and a beautiful economy.The practice logic of the internal transformation of beautiful China construction depends on a comprehensive and in-depth implementation of these strategic measures with regards to beautiful rural and township construction.
