七味白术散加蔗糖对菌群失调腹泻小鼠肠道乳酸杆菌的影响

目的分析七味白术散加蔗糖对菌群失调腹泻肠道乳酸杆菌的影响。方法选取小鼠40只,雌雄各半。其中30只为菌群失调腹泻小鼠,按照治疗方式的不同均分为3组。一组采取七味白术散进行治疗,设为传统组;一组采取50%量七味白术散超微汤剂进行治疗,设为超微汤剂组;另一组采取50%量七味白术散超微汤剂加糖进行治疗,设为超微汤剂加糖组。再将10只正常小鼠作为正常组。结果超微汤剂加糖组的OTUS数低于超微汤剂组与正常组,且超微汤剂组对菌群失调腹泻小鼠乳酸杆菌多样性的影响优于超微汤剂加糖组。结论超微汤剂加糖组及超微汤剂组均可治疗小鼠菌群失调腹泻,但加蔗糖会对七味白术散的疗效带来一定影响,用药时最好不添加蔗糖,需另行选择矫味剂。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qiwei Baizhu Powder and sucrose on Lactobacillus in diarrhea.Methods Totally 40 mice(half male and half female)were selected.Among them,30 mice with dysbacteriosis diarrhea were divided into three groups according to different treatment.One group was treated with Qiwei Baizhu Powder,which was set as the traditional group,one group was treated with 50%of Qiwei Baizhu Powder ultra-micro decoction,which was set as the ultra-micro decoction group,the other group was treated with 50%of Qiwei Baizhu Powder ultra-micro decoction and sucrose,which was set as the ultramicro decoction and sucrose group.Another 10 normal mice were set as the normal group.Results The number of OTUS in the ultra-micro decoction and sucrose group was lower than that in the ultra-micro decoction group and normal group,and the effect of ultra-micro decoction group on the diversity of Lactobacillus in mice with dysbacteriosis diarrhea was better than that in the ultra-micro decoction and sucrose group.Conclusion Both the ultra-micro Decoction and sucrose group and the ultramicro decoction group can treat the diarrhea of mice with dysbacteriosis,but the addition of sucrose will have a certain impact on the efficacy of Qiwei Baizhu Powder.It is better not to add sucrose when using the medicine,and the flavor correction agent should be selected separately.
