噻托溴铵吸入联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床观察

目的观察噻托溴铵粉联合多索茶碱治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)对患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取医院2017年1月至2018年6月收治的慢阻肺患者120例,按治疗方式的不同分为研究组(噻托溴铵粉+多索茶碱治疗)和对照组(多索茶碱治疗),各60例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组患者生活质量评分及肺功能指标评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论噻托溴铵粉联合多索茶碱治疗慢阻肺可有效改善患者的生活质量及肺功能。

Objective To observe the effect of tiotropium bromide powder combined with doxofylline on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods From January 2017 to June 2018,120 patients with COPD were selected and divided into the study group(tiotropium bromide+doxofylline)and the control group(doxofylline),60 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of quality of life and pulmonary function indexes in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiotropium bromide powder combined with doxofylline can effectively improve the quality of life and lung function in patients with COPD.
