两种复位内固定法治疗儿童GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折临床疗效对比

目的比较有限切开复位内固定和闭合复位内固定治疗儿童GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折的临床效果。方法选取医院2018年7月至2019年7月收治的GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折患儿80例,按手术方式的不同分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组患儿给予闭合复位内固定手术治疗,试验组患儿选择有限切开复位内固定手术治疗,比较两组患儿的手术时间、术中透视次数、复位疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患儿手术时间明显短于对照组,术中透视次数明显少于对照组,复位疗效优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿术后不良反应发生率相当。结论有限切开复位内固定手术治疗GartlandⅢ型肱骨髁上骨折,患儿复位效果更好,且可有效减少手术时间和术中透视次数。

Objective To compare the clinical effect between limited open reduction with internal fixation and closed reduction with internal fixation in the treatment of Gartland typeⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus in children.Methods From July 2018 to July 2019,80 children with GartlandⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different surgical methods,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with closed reduction with internal fixation,while the experimental group was treated with limited open reduction with internal fixation.The operation time,intraoperative fluoroscopy times,reduction effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy in the experimental group was significantly fewer than those in the control group,the excellent and good rate of reduction effect in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),while the incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups.Conclusion Limited open reduction with internal fixation in the treatment of Gartland typeⅢsupracondylar fracture of humerus can reduce the operative time and the times of intraoperative fluoroscopy.
