床旁超声在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用

目的探讨在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中采用床旁超声诊断的作用。方法回顾性分析医院2017年8月至2018年7月确诊的80例新生儿感染性肺炎患儿临床诊治资料,均实施床旁超声诊断,分析超声声像图及检查阳性率。结果检查阳性率为100.00%(80/80)。结论在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中采用床旁超声诊断,临床应用价值较高,可显著减少新生儿及医务人员X线下暴露情况。

Objective To investigate the role of bedside ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of neonatal infectious pneumonia confirmed by the hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.All of them were given bedside ultrasound diagnosis,and the ultrasound image and the positive rate were analyzed.Results The positive rate was 100.00%(80/80).Conclusion In the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia,bedside ultrasound has a high clinical value,which can significantly reduce the exposure of newborn and medical staff under X-ray.
