HIV/AIDS患者基层管理工作人员心理健康现状调查

目的了解人类免疫缺陷病毒/艾滋病(HIV/AIDS)患者基层管理工作人员的心理健康现状。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月负责HIV/AIDS患者基层管理的72名工作人员为观察组,选择1086名全国常模工作人员作为对照组,应用SCL-90-R心理评估和工作相关因素问卷实施调查评估。对比两组一般情况、心理健康状况。结果观察组SCL-90-R量表的人际关系和偏执因子得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),量表其他项两组得分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论HIV/AIDS患者基层管理工作人员普遍具有良好的心理状况,不需要整体开展心理辅导,但需加强有关艾滋病专业知识的培训,并获得其家属支持。

Objective To understand the mental health status of basic management staff in charge of management of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,72 staff in charge of primary management of HIV/AIDS patients were selected as the observation group and 1086 national norm staff were selected as the control group.SCL-90-R psychological evaluation and work-related factors questionnaire were used to carry out the survey and evaluation.The general condition and mental health of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of interpersonal relationship and paranoia factor of SCL-90-R scale in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of other items in the scale between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The basic management staff in charge of management of HIV/AIDS patients generally have good psychological status,do not need to carry out psychological guidance as a whole,but need to strengthen the training of AIDS professional knowledge,and obtain the support of their families.
