血细胞分离术联合化疗治疗高细胞白血病及骨髓增殖性疾病临床观察

目的观察血细胞分离术联合化疗治疗高细胞白血病、骨髓增殖性疾病的效果。方法选取医院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的高细胞白血病及骨髓增殖性疾病患者50例,按就诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组,各25例。对照组单纯行化疗治疗,观察组加用血细胞分离术。对比两组肿瘤溶解综合征、高尿酸血症、高血钾症等发生率,临床疗效,住院天数。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,明显高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05);观察组住院天数为(20.22±1.06)d,明显短于对照组的(30.33±1.27)d(P<0.05)。结论血细胞分离术联合化疗治疗高细胞白血病、骨髓增殖性疾病临床疗效较好,不良反应较少,还可明显缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the effect of blood cell separation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of high cell leukemia and myeloproliferative diseases.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,50 patients with high cell leukemia and myeloproliferative disease were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the parity of treatment order,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with blood cell separation.The incidence of tumor lysis syndrome,hyperuricemia and hyperkalemia,clinical effect and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 72.00%of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the observation group was(20.22±1.06)d,which was significantly shorter than(30.33±1.27)d of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of blood cell separation combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of high cell leukemia and myeloproliferative diseases is better with fewer adverse reactions,and the hospital stay can be shortened significantly.
