MRI用于踝关节距骨软骨损伤的诊断意义

目的探讨MRI诊断踝关节距骨软骨损伤的临床意义。方法随机选取医院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的疑似踝关节距骨软骨损伤患者48例,均行X线摄片检查、MRI检查,以关节镜检查结果为“金标准”,对比两种检查方式的诊断符合率、敏感度、特异性。结果MRI检查诊断符合率、敏感度、特异性均显著高于X线摄片检查(P<0.05);影像学特征表现可见不同分期患者病情严重程度。结论对踝关节距骨软骨损伤患者予MRI检查,可保证诊断效果的准确性及明确疾病各期表现,对于后续治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MRI in the diagnosis of talar cartilage injury.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,48 patients with suspected ankle talar cartilage injury were selected and examined by X-ray and MRI.The results of arthroscopy were used as the“gold standard”to compare the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two methods.Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of MRI were significantly higher than those of X-ray(P<0.05).The imaging features showed the severity of the disease in different stages.Conclusion MRI examination of talar cartilage injury of ankle can ensure the accuracy of diagnosis and clear the manifestations of the disease,which is of great significance for the follow-up treatment.
