腹腔镜结肠癌根治术与开腹手术临床疗效对比

目的对比开腹手术与腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的结肠癌患者84例,按单复数分组法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者予开腹手术,观察组患者予腹腔镜根治术。结果观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1年远端转移率、局部复发及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规开腹手术相比,结肠癌患者实行腹腔镜根治术可减少术中出血量,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparotomy and laparoscopic radical surgery in the treatmant of colon cancer.Methods Totally 84 patients with colon cancer admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the singular and plural grouping method,42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with laparotomy,and the patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic radical surgery.Results The operation time,bleeding volume and exhaust time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),the 1-year distal metastasis rate,local recurrence and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional laparotomy surgery,laparoscopic radical surgery in the treatment of colon cancer can reduce the amount of bleeding,reduce complications and shorten the length of stay.
