静脉采血晕针原因及护理策略

目的探讨静脉采血晕针的原因及护理策略。方法选取医院门诊2018年9月至2019年9月接收的静脉采血患者72例,按接诊顺序奇偶性分为观察组及对照组,各36例。观察组患者实施门诊采血护理干预,对照组按常规采血程序完成采血。对比两组采血晕针的发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组的临床护理总满意度为94.44%,显著高于对照组的63.89%(P<0.05);观察组的晕针发生率为2.78%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论采用门诊采血护理干预措施,并适当给予心理疏导,可显著提高护理满意度,降低采血晕针发生率。

Objective To investigate the causes and nursing strategies of syncope caused by venous blood sampling.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,72 patients with venous blood sampling were selected from the outpatient department of the hospital and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the parity of the reception sequence,36 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group received nursing intervention of blood collection in the outpatient department,and the patients in the control group completed blood collection according to the routine blood collection procedure.The incidence and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction rate of clinical nursing in the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 63.89%in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of needle syncope in the observation group was 2.78%,which was significantly lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting nursing intervention measures of blood collection in outpatient department and giving psychological guidance properly can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of syncope.
