摘要
目的探讨人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年6月至2019年5月参与护理工作的护理人员45名,按随机综合平衡法将研究对象分为A组(22例,常规管理)和B组(23例,人性化管理模式),比较两组的护理质量评分。结果B组的护理质量、护理态度、满意度等护理质量评分均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论医院护理管理中应用人性化管理模式,能提高护理人员的护理技能、护理态度,以及患者的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic management mode in hospital nursing management.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,45 nursing staff were selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random comprehensive balance:group A(22 cases,routine management)and group B(23 cases,humanized management mode).The nursing quality in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing quality,nursing attitude and satisfaction in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management mode in hospital nursing management can not only improve the nursing skills and attitude of nurses,but also improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
