摘要
变电站的人工巡检工作存在着监测不全面、测量数据不准确等一系列的难题。文章采用了多物理场观测机器人自动巡检技术对一500 kV变电站内的电气设备进行声音场、温度场、视觉场等方面的数据监测,并对变电站内的电气设备进行故障预警和识别。研究表明使用多物理场观测机器人自动巡检技术可以有效减少重复性工作,提高工作人员的工作效率,及时发现变电站内设备的异常和故障,保障变电站内电气设备的安全稳定运行。
There are a series of problems in the manual inspection of substations,such as incomplete inspection of electrical equipment and inaccurate measurement data.In this paper,the automatic inspection technology of multi-physics field observation robot is used to monitor the data of sound field,temperature field,visual field and other aspects of electrical equipment in a 500 kV substation,and to carry out fault early warning and identification of electrical equipment in the substation.The research shows that the automatic inspection technology of multi-physics field observation robot can effectively reduce the repetitive work,improve the work efficiency of the staff,detect the abnormalities and faults of the equipment in the substation in time,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the electrical equipment in the substation.
